A blue and white lidded Ming jar with flower decoration

A Ming blue and white porcelain jar, painted in a spontaneous and flowing style typical of the period. It is fully glazed, both on the outside and inside except for the flat base and the inside of the neck.

 

Period: Late Ming/Transition, 17th Century

Size: Height 11 cm, diameter and the widest place ca 8.5 cm

Condition: Good condition, wear and firing impurities. Some grit attached to the base. No cracks or repairs.
