Packing and Shipping

At Floren Antiques we understand the importance of ensuring that your cherished antique ceramics reach you with the same care and attention to detail with which they were crafted. Our packing and shipping process is designed to preserve the beauty and integrity of each piece from our collection. To offer you peace of mind, all our shipments are fully insured.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.

We only charge for the actual shipping cost. Packing and insurance is free of charge. The cost depends on the item's size, weight and destination. When buying more than one object, we use combined shipping and as long as all objects fit in one box, shipping cost will only be charged for one object.

Shipping rates for one or several objects fitting in a 40x40x40 cm box:

Sweden €15

Europe €35-40

Rest of the world €50

 

Import duty

The buyer is responsible for import duties and any other applicable customs charges. It is advisable to verify and consult with customs authorities before completing a purchase.

We sometimes receive requests to reduce the declared amount on our invoices to circumvent customs duties. However, we adhere strictly to legal standards and will not comply with such requests. Moreover, altering the declared amount may nullify any possibility of insurance coverage.

Right of withdrawal

You have a full right of return and exchange within 14 days from receiving the item, provided that it is returned in undamaged condition.

In the case of a return or exchange, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. However, if it is a complaint due to a damaged item or if we have dispatched the wrong item, we will refund you for the return shipping cost along with the amount you paid for the item.

An order placed via the internet is considered completed when you have received an order confirmation from us.

 

Damage during transport

All packages leaving our facility are insured. If the package and/or its contents are damaged upon receipt, please report it immediately on the spot.

If you have opened the package and discover damage, please contact us.

In collection antique ceramics, authenticity is paramount. I try to describe each piece as accurately as possible, and I don’t sell pieces where I have any doubts. Our inventory includes detailed information on the period, any imperfections, repairs, and provenance whenever available.

Each item is labeled with a unique stock number for easy reference. Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic according to the description on the website, without any time constraints. This assurance encompasses both the original purchase price and associated shipping expenses.
