Well-potted with an eight-lobed body rising from a circular foot, to a tapering shoulder and tall cylindrical neck flaring at the rim, a strap handle set on one side with a small ring at the top, the slender, curved spout rising from the shoulder opposite the handle, decorated with two horizontal bands on the trumpet neck by the top of the handle, one band along the rim, and five incised bands around the body, incised feather decoration by the base of the spout and handle, the cover with a turned finial within an incised double ring, covered overall with a transparent pale blue glaze pooling to a darker tone within the recesses, the base unglazed. The lid might not be original since it’s missing a corresponding ring for attachment to the handle, but it’s most probably from the same period.
